1. The biggest negative is there is literally nothing in the immediate area within walking distance for restaurants, shops, etc.

2. Getting into the 'downtown' area will take you a few stops on the 'T' or you can walk like we did, be prepared to walk if you don't plan to use the 'T' Parking was another negative, it cost $42 a night and took over 20 minutes each time we needed the car.
