1. I should also say I don't consider myself to be very high maintenance (the only other bad review for a hotel I have written was when I woke up with a cockroach on my pillow).

4. Sometimes hotels have snooty or bad staff, and I know hotel workers work long hours, so I always try to turn a cheek when someone is a little pissy - but I have to say every staff person we encountered was both very well trained and very nice.

5. Club Lounge: breakfast was crazy, they didnt have food at 8AM when breakfast ends at 9:30AM, no milk, no bread, no bagels, no fruit, no eggs (continental breakfast) and no coffee (and when they did it was cold and bad).

6. The rooms are well appointed and clean and I would stay here again if the customer service wasn't so bad.

8. I have mixed feelings about this hotel so I will just do a good/bad list:Good: Staff reduced my bill when they screwed up my reservation and I didn't get as good a room as I had reserved.

10. It wasn't as bad as the connecting room, but it was clear that my quiet nights were because I had quiet neighbors, not a well-isolated room.
