1. The concierge lounge was never fully staffed, it was always a mess and we had to ask for fruit each morning, as well as coffee.

2. The business lounge is great, the staff is friendly and helpful, and although they originally messed up our room arrangements, they immediately fixed the problem and treated us to a wonderful fruit plate.
