1. We were walking through the hotel lobby toward the elevators (not making any noise or causing any issues, keep in mind) when we were literally accosted by their hotel security.
"NEVER been treated so poorly... Horrible staff ruined my weekend " Read full review on TripAdvisor   4/5/2012 Vote
2. My biggest issue with this hotel is their so-called security staff.

3. My biggest issues were the parking - which was too expensive (Valet & on-site self parking is an outrageous $42/day) and the paper-thin walls between rooms.

4. We did have issues with noise.

6. We walked from the hotel to Quincy Market in about 20 minutes so if you have issues walking long distances I would recommend that you drive there.
"Very nice hotel " Read full review on TripAdvisor   11/13/2011 Vote
7. The one issue with this hotel is the location - as it is closer to the harbour and not downtown.
"Good Hotel with a few flaws " Read full review on TripAdvisor   9/16/2011 Vote
8. Doing the shuttle wasn't an issue at all.
"We enjoyed our stay for the most part! " Read full review on TripAdvisor   8/20/2011 Vote
9. Not a huge issue, we just didn't use it.

10. No amends were made at the time the error was recognized, had to call Mariott customer service for clarification who then raised the issue to the on-site manager, who did respond until the 3rd day into our visit, offerring to 'move' us to the higher level for the remainder of our stay.
