5. The cons: slightly run-down including the common areas; one lamp in room was broken, one barely functional; screen door wouldn't close all the way; all labels worn off phone so we couldn't figure out how to retrieve messages.

6. Lot of little things were irritating such as the heater, which made a loud buzz when it when went on and woke us up, the worn lock in the door that required 5 minutes to wiggle and twist until it worked or the nice gas fireplace that was connected to a 20 minute timer that sounded like a loud kitchen timer ticking.
