1. My only complaints is the light was out on the balcony, and it took three calls to the front desk to get it fixed.

2. The only complaint was that our bedspreads smelled oddly like uh, well, um, female body parts, the rug smelled a bit like old apple juice and the drapes had chocolate goo on them ( yes, fortunately just chocolate).
