5. The only change I could see that would create a better feel to the room would be more lighting and a small couch with a coffee table instead of the two uncomfortable chairs and table they currently have.

6. It looked like it hadn`t been redecorated since the 70`s, there were stains in many places on the carpet (also stains all over the carpets outside the units in our section), and the bed (especially the thick, lumpy pillows) was very uncomfortable.
