1. No need to avoid the place, in fact there are several things to recommend it, but be prepared to be a little disappointed when you first look at your room.

2. avoid a room on the ground floor if possible; I'm not sure if it was just our section, but we must have been under some corridor or something, because we heard constant door shutting and walking.
