4. We said nothing at the time, because we did not want another room and frankly, did not want to leave such a pleasant person with a negative start to their day.

5. The only negative was that the room they put us in was at the very end of the 600-series bldg, upstairs, and the closest room to the road, so you did hear the road noise in the morning.
