1. problems: the room was clean, although the carpet in the hall had a lot of stains.

Lest you think this pollyannish, I would add that we did encounter one problem: because the hotel was full, and a large-group banquet was being served in a separate room, the service in the regular restaurant was way below what would be expected otherwise ( either poor planning, or staff failing to show up for work ??).

7. Complained to the front desk-- did not do any good ( I know they had plenty of rooms as I have checked prior time-- I used to stay at Shilo and never ever had a problems til this time.

10. Hotel stay was very Nice they should try to provide elevgator service especially for the elderly and those who have problems taking the stairs.
