1. The neighborhood of LM is a little sketchy, but I never felt uncomfortable, and we were 2 women in their 50's.

2. The room is dark with a minature window facing another wall, the furniture is 50 years old and uncomfortable, the bathroom is like a public restroom with a shower, the tv you can barely see the picture, and the front desk people had a major attitude but thought they were funny.
