7. We tried to resolve an issue regarding parking (the hotel parking lot was full when we checked in so we had to park elsewhere), their attitude was that it wasn't their problem.

8. Parking can be an issue - the hotel garage is very small (no trucks), the garage across the street can be closed because it is full (in downtown Baltimore), the next closest parking lot is 2 blocks away.
