1. My only complaint is that we had booked 3 rooms at the same time, and the three rooms were not only not together, they were on completely different floors.

4. My only kinda-sorta complaint about the room is that the coffee pot is a single-serving pot, but since they give you a free full breakfast, I had plenty of coffee when we went down to eat, and took a large cup back up to our room.
