4. Case in point, during my 1st night my room was very warm (I prefer to sleep in the cold) and after going to the front desk to complain, they informed me that because it was a historic property the Heating/AC was centrally controlled.

5. Why would you complain about a free breakfast? I'll take the Mount Vernon's breakfast in a SECOND over the typical Continental that most hotels offer -- I'm not interested in cereal or mini-muffins if there's REAL food available.
