1. It was strange, and not really a problem for us, but it's just another thing that needs to be renovated and could be frustrating in certain times of the year.

9. The front desk person did not appear surprised when I complained about the rodent problem, inquired as to whether we had seen any mice and was very apologetic for the hotel not being to our liking.
