1. negative Experience:* mostly, it was the couple next door and their incredibly loud nighttime activity, which involved screaming, slapping, and the more common noises (at first, i was worried that someone was getting hurt), all at 2:30 AM monday and tuesday morning.

2. The only negatives were a problem with a access card to the hospitality room and some of the rooms.

3. negatives? The building is old, there aren't porters, not all the rooms have refrigerators, and the HVAC system can only operate seasonally on either hot or cold, not both.
