7. This is our third visit to Las Vegas,and due to our usual hotel been fully booked our agent put us in this hotel which should be renamed the 'worst' Best Western We were booked in here for five nights,they offer a pick up service from the airport,we phoned them but they didn`t pick us up.

9. The worst part is the breakfast buffet, expensive for what you get free in some other hotels, also the closet are falling apart; they really need to work on this.
