1. The room was very dirty, the air conditioner was filthy, carpets had stains, bed were hard as rock and one of our friends woke up with eyes swollen shut.

3. carpet dirty/unvacuumed, hair in drawers, towels scratchy, shampoo/conditioner were in hard-to-open mailer samples (???), the eggs at breakfast were grossly undercooked and overall we got a better tasting breakfast at a much lower cost at McDonalds down the road.

The rooms were of a good size, so no complaints there, however, I found the room to be quite dirty, having seem many TV progs showing hotel cleanliness, I thought I would try it and see, I cleaned the main surfaces and they were very dirty, the sink, toilet and bath had not been cleaned properly, the coffee machine had mould inside and the bedside tables were very dusty.

As other have said i to read some reviews how mistaken we found the accomodation to be spacious and cleaned daily if clean towels were needed then all we had to do was leave the dirty on the floor complimentory toiletries were left daily and the maid was only to pleased to give more if asked for.
