To top it off I had purchased several travel cards , which are supposed to be just like cash and this guy refused to take one for payment and in fact threw it back at me, saying 'I cant take this thing'To top it off when I asked to see the manager,he snarled I am the Manager (untrue)The Management of the hotel when I complained simply stated that they required a credit card and made no apology or explanation of the rude way I was treated.
