1. The room was filty with stains of various natures, the lobby and casino area was filled with vagrants and homeless looking people - the stench of the hotel could be perceived fm the sidewalk, it was so disgusting.

3. The room facility condition in our room is terrible, furnitures are old and broken, I dare not to touch any drawer, the napkins was not changed and even with mold, that is disgusting.
