4. Poor tv reception and channels and its so noisy at the front desk its hard to have a face to face conversation with the staff.

8. carpet dirty/unvacuumed, hair in drawers, towels scratchy, shampoo/conditioner were in hard-to-open mailer samples (???), the eggs at breakfast were grossly undercooked and overall we got a better tasting breakfast at a much lower cost at McDonalds down the road.
