1. It's a long, long walk to the strip, and the monorail just gets more and more expensive, so the 5-10 minute walk to the station makes that option less and less palatable.

3. Nothing open to eat after 11PM (except delivery and its expensive) and do not arrive after 11 PM because when you call for the shuttle bus to pick you up, they will say no because its after 11PM.

5. Great (expensive) restaurant at the Renaissance next door, plus a few good options if you turn left out of the Mardi Gras and then left again at the next major intersection two or three blocks away - in this residential neighbourhood is a fine Indian restaurant, for example.

6. It is also handy for the new monorail but this is extremely expensive and should be avoided until they see sense and drop the price.
