1. Day 2 - we complained as we spent an uncomfortable night in the bed, barely any sleep, room so tiny when bed pulled down, ridiculous, got told they could only upgrade if I paid $30 extra per night or attended a timeshare presentation, I declined, since when do customers have to 'pay' to rectify issues with rooms.

10. The only less than impressive things were that the pool was closed while we were there, there was some noise from construction, and the room decor was a little dated with an uncomfortable pull out sofa.
