1. Day 2 - we complained as we spent an uncomfortable night in the bed, barely any sleep, room so tiny when bed pulled down, ridiculous, got told they could only upgrade if I paid $30 extra per night or attended a timeshare presentation, I declined, since when do customers have to 'pay' to rectify issues with rooms.

2. We had no problem walking up and down the strip, which I had thought would be an issue since my kids are 9 & 11 years old respectively.

3. No restuarant on site but your in Vegas and if you cant find something to eat you have much bigger issues.

4. There were a few maintenance issues in the hotel during our stay, but the customer service was excellent.

6. The only issue (besides the heat) that we had, was the bathtub didnt drain properly.

7. It gets crowded with children running around in the lobby, but I was lucky enough to stay in the third tower in a corner room so family noise wasn't an issue.
