1. WHY WOULD I WANT TO DIG IN DEEPER FOR A CONTINUING SERIES OF MEDIOCRE (and some bad) EXPERIENCES?INEXCUSABLY BAD: That no one from Diamond resorts OR Polo Towers responds to these comments on Trip Advisor, at least not from what I've seen--maybe I haven't looked hard enough.

3. We were told since we already own and just had gone through a hard sell a year earlier in Hawaii that our 'hour' would be used as a reference time for us to ask about how to use the website more efficiently BUT it was all about selling up for them.
