1. We had one of the 'A' rooms; a tiny lock-off of a two bedroom suite.

2. We exchanged a full 1 bed unit for thus tiny room, smaller than our bedroom in our house, first ever exchange, first ever experience with a Diamond Resort and our last.

3. Day 2 - we complained as we spent an uncomfortable night in the bed, barely any sleep, room so tiny when bed pulled down, ridiculous, got told they could only upgrade if I paid $30 extra per night or attended a timeshare presentation, I declined, since when do customers have to 'pay' to rectify issues with rooms.

4. No restuarant or dining on property, just a tiny gift shop that doesn't have a large selection.
