Day 2 - we complained as we spent an uncomfortable night in the bed, barely any sleep, room so tiny when bed pulled down, ridiculous, got told they could only upgrade if I paid $30 extra per night or attended a timeshare presentation, I declined, since when do customers have to 'pay' to rectify issues with rooms.
