1. Here are the only cons: high pressure guilt trip if you didn't buy their timeshare, and weird construction noises from above that began every morning around 930am until noon.

3. There was remodeling and construction going on in the hotel when we stayed there but aside from walking around the abck of the hotel we didn't even notice.

7. I might add this is also the side of the resort where the kiddie pool is, the sun barely hit that area all day and it was not the most attractive spot for a child's play area, as it overlooked a large parking lot, construction site and the aforementioned dumpsters.
