1. It is in the flight path of LAS, and you can hear the planes go overhead in the room, but it's not that huge a problem, as there seem to be few night flights.

3. We did have a few problems with a toilet not working properly and our refrigerator kept freezing all of our food.

4. Finally, the ugly:*after discovering the kitchenette problems, I called the desk and they were willing to comp me the money spent on groceries and dishes (they offered to remove the resort fees for 3 nights).

5. The rooms were not connected to the main building with the casino, so we did not experience a problem with smoke in our room just the lobby, casino, restaurants, and conference areas.

8. We had a problem accessing our building with the keycard one time (had read about this problem in previous reviews) but think perhaps they're just touchy - never had a problem again.
