1. I asked Hotel Manager or the Owner to give me a call to discuss all the issues, but waiting till now (more than a week already)JUST THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PLACE.

3. If there was an issue at all, the only one was they don't guarantee the type of room so we requested a king and when we arrived (Late at night), got a room with 2 double beds.

4. One big issue I had was that they had canned music playing at the pool all day and night long.

5. It took me an entire week after getting the billing statement to get this issue resolved and each time I called, I had to repeat the same story and go over the invoice for each charge before the representative realized I was overcharged.

6. The room heating/cooling units were noisy and that could be an issue in the heat when the AC is a must, but I could turn mine off.

7. the good: casino was removed from the rooms and so gambling noise was not an issue, the room was Large and nicely furnished, the bathroom was huge (we had an ada accessible suite) and having the hairdryer already in suite made more room in our suitcase.

9. The only issues I found were a lack of extra towels in the bathroom (I don't use housekeeping on a daily basis), and the sound of people walking in the hallway carries into the rooms.

10. Our room had a few minor issues, missing towel hook, missing leg on fridge, leaky shower faucet, sticky shower door, which we informed them of when we left.
