2. You know, you read the reviews and you're constantly bombarded with ads that say 'this LV hotel is this or has that or ours is better' but many if not most times it's all eye candy and when you get to the room it's either tiny, horrible bed, dirty, noisy, smells of smoke or all of the above.

7. We were checked in first they could not find our reservation then they put us in a room next to a lift and then at 2 am the housekeeping were pulling their laundry baskets(dirty linen) out of the on site laundry area which they forgot to tell us that was right beside out room.
