1. Be warned that in spite of their lack luster facilities the Tuscany also likes to pad your bill with a bunch of bogus hidden gotcha charges such as an 'amenity fee' and a 'resort charge'? The free wifi that is supposed to be in the lobby and surrounding common areas sucks or is nonexistent and it costs $14 bucks in your room.

2. That being said I do travel extensively domestically and abroad, spending around 150 nights per year in hotels, and I found this place sorely lacking in charm and amenities.

3. The only issues I found were a lack of extra towels in the bathroom (I don't use housekeeping on a daily basis), and the sound of people walking in the hallway carries into the rooms.

7. We understood the $10 resort fee and with lack of wireless going in and the place still was very good.

8. This last time, we remarked on the lack of padding in the carpet (seriously, it was like walking on cement) and took offense to the sign in the bathroom warning us that we would be charged for taking towels (kinda low rent and tacky in my opinion).
