1. In any case, I would still say that the base price of $30 - $40/night is still a decent deal for a good quality hotel like Tuscany, certainly better than some of the overpriced strip hotels.

I have stayed at the Tuscany on several different occassions for Conferences and for Family Reunions and I chose it because we decided to get married at the Flamingo and have our dinner at Bouchon (Venetian) as well as seeing Phantom of the Opera--and I the Flamingo charges an insane deposit for rooms and the Venetian was way overpriced for our group.
