1. We could not believe that each time we spoke to an employee, they had no clue as to what the hotel has to offer and they give you wrong information.

2. If you are looking for 5*, then look elsewhere, but if you are looking for a clean comfortable, affordable place then you wont go wrong with the Orleans.

3. We had a few problems with the front-desk service, they wrote the wrong number down on our key and we had to go back down again after disturbing another guest, additionally the cleaners changed the bedding and by mistake took my PJ's with the sheets, I never saw them again and the front-desk were unhelpful in this regard.
