1. We had a few problems with the front-desk service, they wrote the wrong number down on our key and we had to go back down again after disturbing another guest, additionally the cleaners changed the bedding and by mistake took my PJ's with the sheets, I never saw them again and the front-desk were unhelpful in this regard.

2. We had the maid barge in on us unannounced while we were in bed at 8:30 am despite our having the Do Not disturb sign hung outside the door.

5. One slight irritation is that you can hear the hotel staff tapping on all the doors, saying 'housekeeping' in the morning (they don't do it on your door if you've put on the 'do not disturb' - but you can still hear them on everyone else's).

7. we didn t really gamble but I was a bit put off by all those people whose life seemed to depend on the big win, it was very sad and disturbing but I guess it s Las Vegas.

9. At the Orleans, the maids do not make any noise in the hallways at all, so that the guests are not disturbed by them.
