6. unfortunately, you'll also find alot of local families who just let their children run wild and scream throughout the casino and restaurants.

9. A couple of isolated bad customer service incidents are probably unavoidable in Vegas these days (unfortunate but true) although these incidents and the somewhat worn out rooms keep the Orleans in the category of just a decent hotel with great value.
