2. Ticks all the boxes except for Parking, the valets are rude & lazy, the self parking isn't the most convient, disabled spaces are not situated in the best locations.

5. Never been to Vegas before in summer, and I never dreamed all the families would be there, and such large groups of kids, (loud ones at that, rude basketball teams and cheerleaders), door slamming, yelling down halls, running ect.

7. The lady that checked us in was very rude, she had no personality what so ever and wanted nothing to do with idle chit chat, she seemed to be the only one that was that way, the other ladies chatted with the other guests and the lady that checked us out was very friendly.
