1. There were several other minor instances - but the worst was on our wedding day, with the wedding party in our room with 45 minutes to pickup, I ordered some champagne.

3. worst part of the room are the load of expensive snacks that you can lift for more than a few seconds without being charged and the fridge that is packed with drinks, but has no additional room for anything else.

5. The worst thing about this hotel is the noise from the nightclub can be heard in your room until the early hours of the morning and it is so loud it stopped us sleeping.
