1. However, the booking was messed up by the hotel who accidentally gave our tickets to someone else with the same name as us, on a different night and then sold our seats for our night.

The Bellagio experience was amazing the first time that left me feeling I was the first to step up to the offerings everytime I went to choose a treat, the last time I went it was a mess and the topper was a guy cutting open a plastic package of cooked salmon and sliding directly out of the bag straight into the buffet pan.

8. I called to request early check-in and found out that I had somehow messed up the reservation dates (booked for earlier in the week).

9. As an aside I was very glad I took care of this ahead of time as the airport ticketing area was a mess on my departure and even the self service kiosks were mobbed.
