6. When we went to take the kids to eat dinner at the Pizza place where the food was amazing the sytem was still down and the poor cashier had to run my card by hand and write down my information.

The way they delt with us was poor, it's not the money it's just how you handle the fact that there is a big security issue in this hotel, Top tip lock every thing up, even those expensive hand bags and shoes, the safe in the room is half the size of a shoe box so leave it at home and dont keep chips and cash in the room.
