3. One thing you can't really control is other guests in the hotel, and we were unfortunate enough to have noisy people either side, but all it took was a swift call to reception and that was dealt with very speedily.

4. unfortunately, the bed wasn't that comfortable and the room has unnecessary lighting due to 'gizmos' illumination eg) fixtures to turn lights, med, low, etc; open and closing of the shades; setting the temp that disrupted my sleep.
