1. Whenever we left the room during the evening after this incident we left a do not disturb sign on the door.

2. The room was cleaned every day, and at any time of day, once you clicked off the electronic 'do not disturb' sign :-)Why have I not marked as 5/5? Probably unfair of me as, I am sure I would have had the same criticism at most other hotels in Vegas.

3. The bed we had was extremely comfortable, and sleep was only disturbed slightly from faintly hearing people in other rooms, but it was nothing one couldn't put up with.

4. Amazing little touches and flourishes, like the LCD screen on the side of the bed that allows you to adjust the temperature, put up a digital do not disturb sign, or set all the room's lights to one of five pre-set options (like 'Night Light').
