2. We did find the room service very slow, we returned on a couple of occations in the early afternoon and found that our room had not been cleaned.

3. While the property did fix both issues, the slow drain should have been picked up by housekeeping or via the hotel's room PM process - it's not something a guest should have to report.

4. Bathrooms are standard tub/shower combination; in my room, the drain was super slow and I needed to have the property come fix both the drain and the shower head, which was of an annoying needle-spray type.

5. If had to find something to complain about it is that their computer system seems a bit slow when you are waiting to check in/out and once it had crashed.
