3. The location is diagonally across from Planet Hollywood (where there is access to MANY more taxis and the short walk is MUCH faster than calling one) and the entrance to its 'Miracle Mile' shopping plaza with all sorts of places to eat from budget (like Panda Express) to some pricey ones.

4. Being a former Housekeeping Manager for a pricey resort on Cape Cod, I can ALWAYS spot something unclean from a mile away- but everything was well taken care of at the Carriage House.

5. Straight across the road was Planet Hollywood with shopping mall, supermarkets were a couple of miles from the strip, the closest one was south on the strip called Whole Foods market but be aware this is a organic supermarket so it is pricey.
