Only negative is very tight parking spaces and the free WiFi did not work; at connection ads came rolling in before the ISP interface and the log-in user access code interface got stuck in some loop after I accepted 'Terms of Service' and wouldn't correct even with log off and restart--when I complained I was told I 'must have had some cookies that needed clearing.

3. The initial check in girl was rude complaining to her co-worker that she couldn't understand what we said and we could talk louder-we could hear her quite well.

6. Our only complaint was the air condititioning, it worked fine on the 1st day but then decided to pack up, when we complained to the reception they said it had frozen and to leave it off for a couple of hours.

7. If you`re lazy and don`t like to walk, or even just tend to complain about walking, I`d try for a cab -- there is, however, a free shuttle on WEEKDAYS only that leaves for Harrah`s (next to the Venetian) every 1.
