1. The only negative for us was the room was smaller than we expected and the management would not allow us to remove an armchair that we knew we would not use the entire week.

2. Only negative is very tight parking spaces and the free WiFi did not work; at connection ads came rolling in before the ISP interface and the log-in user access code interface got stuck in some loop after I accepted 'Terms of Service' and wouldn't correct even with log off and restart--when I complained I was told I 'must have had some cookies that needed clearing.
