1. As far as amenities, they had a small fitness center and small 'marketplace' (really more like a big fridge) and the area around the pool was under construction.

9. With pedestrian walks being blocked off in numerous areas, it can actually be quite tricky to navigate back to the Carriage House from certain places without walking a long distance; you get trapped in pedestrian walk areas that have been set up for construction purposes.
