1. It isn't supper plush and modern and I was a little disappointed when I saw the rooms in comparison to some other reviews, but for the price it was fine and everything that was there was clean and worked.

5. I'd personally give Bill's a 4---my husband and I intend to stay there again on our next Vegas adventure----but with so many other more modern options I worry about disappointing those who don't share our aesthetics.
