1. The other complaint is the windows - ours did not seal properly and so the noise from the strip was quite bad (although it bothered me a lot more than my husband so could just be being particularly picky) and reception did send someone up to try to make it a little better when requested.

3. Good place to stay and not bad price for centre of strip we upgraded for 20 dollers a night so you could see fountains from our window nice to see but better if your outside and your not in room very much so could have saved money.

6. Poor customer service None of these complaints by themselves would make for a bad stay but when all combined it makes it so I will go elsewhere the next time down to Vegas.

7. A little old and chunky ( you know when the filling bunches into little clumps), but we just put the bad ones underneath.

10. The only bad point in our entire stay at Bill's was the lady working the nightshift on the front counter -- she could not have been ruder - but she was the exception to an otherwise fantastic stay.
