1. The other complaint is the windows - ours did not seal properly and so the noise from the strip was quite bad (although it bothered me a lot more than my husband so could just be being particularly picky) and reception did send someone up to try to make it a little better when requested.

2. Only other complaint would be that it is very smoky, but since I think you can smoke in all casinos, it's kind of hard to escape.

5. Poor customer service None of these complaints by themselves would make for a bad stay but when all combined it makes it so I will go elsewhere the next time down to Vegas.

7. The shower drain was slow and there was no in-room safe, refrigerator, or security latch that we've come to expect in all hotels, but other than those minor complaints, the room suited our needs perfectly.
